There are eight major research fields in the department: environmental engineering, IoT environmental monitoring, environmental safety and hygiene, soil and underground water remediation, adaptation and mitigation of climate change, environmental education, circular economy, and water resources engineering.
Our missions:
- To educate students to be independent, responsible and creative, with capability to solve current and future environmental problems.
- To devote to research in new technologies and environmental issues.
- To be the leading academic institute in the environmental engineering and water-soil resource engineering.
