▍　Oral Presentation Application Period:
【Master】Apr. 1 to 17 pm Apr. 26 2024
【PhD】From now on to 17 pm Jul. 31 2024
▍　The latest date to take the oral presentation this semester: Jul. 31 2024
▍　The expiry date of the school leaving: 17 pm Sep. 13 2024
　 ※ You can decide that whether you want to go through the school leaving procedure or not in this semester after you passed the oral presentation. But if you don't do it, you need to keep paying for the tution fee.

▍　The steps for apply the oral presentation:
★ Pass at least 6 hrs on the website of Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education(click).
．You can switch languages in the upper right corner of the page.
．Visit its homepage > Mandatory Student > Select "Taoyuan City" > Select "Chung Yuan Christian University" > ACCOUNT is your student ID No. > PASSWORD is the last 5 digits of your student ID No.
．If you can't log in the website, contact with Ms. You please. （+886-3-265-2097／yu1120@cycu.edu.tw）。

★ Validation Form for the scope of research topics
．You must to fill in the information above the "Thesis Outline" column  (inclusive) on the Validation Form by yourself.
．For the sake of legality, we can't provied the editable documents of this document. If the table is not sufficient, attach the document please.
．All the signature on the Validation Form must be signed by person. It can't be stamped. You must make an appointment with them by yourself. The Dept. Office can't help you.
．The teacher & the staff may have a meeting or go on a vacation. We suggest that you don't apply for it on the last day. Please allow enough time for your work.
．Signing Process: Yourself > Your advisor > Examiner(內審委員)（It can be any teacher who belongs the Dept. of BEE including the chairman.） > The chairman of the Dept. of BEE and The chairman of the Dept. of CE. (Sign in the same column)

★ Submit the Oral Presentation Application
．The signature column on the oral presentation application form must be signed by person. It can't be stamped. You must make an appointment with them by yourself. The Dept. Office can't help you.
．Submit the paper copy of "the certification of Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education" with the "Validation Form for the scope of research topics" and the "oral presentation application form" together to Ms. Julia.
．The path to apply for the Oral Presentation: itouch >  the Office of Academic Affairs > the Curriculum and Registration Division > Degree examination > the application of the Degree examination.

★ Hire the comittee member
．About your accurate oral presentation date, ask to your advisor by yourself. We can't answer you.
．If the number of your advisor is more than one,  allocate the percentage of thesis supervision fee and write in the advisor signature column by yourself. There are no special rules, it's all up to your advisors.
．The "advisor" and the "chairman" signature column can be signed by person or stamp by person. Don't ask us it's okay if the seal is not stamped by themselves.
．You must make an appointment with them by yourself. The Dept. Office can't help you.
．If the number of your advisor is more than one,  it's okay that only one advisor to sign/stamp on they all behalf.
